Suggested Use

Internal use:
Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily.

One bottle provides approximately 20 days of use.

For External Use

Apply directly to the scalp or hair and massage gently for 3–5 minutes.

• Scalp care: Apply 20–30 minutes before shampooing.
• Hair nourishment: Leave on for at least 3 hours before washing.
• Dry or damaged hair: Apply along the full length of the hair, leave for at least 4 hours, then wash with shampoo.
