Method of use: as a biologically active food supplement (add 1 teaspoon) Grind into flour as a complete meal (add 1 tablespoon to flour when cooking dishes with flour).
Beneficially affects: bones, joints, thyroid gland, hearing, prevents blood clots.
MINIMUM COURSE OF USE: 4 months.
Sesame and amaranth seed powder contain fatty oil (up to 60%), which contains glycerides of olein, linoleic, palmitic, stearic, arachic and lignoceric acids - phytostrein, sesame oln (chloroform), sesame oill. They are also rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E, magnesium and zinc. The gaps contain many different trace elements (zinc, calcium), vitamins E and A, but also perfectly balanced polyunsaturated fatty acids, protein and natural antioxidants (the main one is sesame oil).
Restrictions on use: do not use the ingredients in case of individual intolerance.
