Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Latvia & Baltic states: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
